As Ben notes, Pumas are suddenly doing battle with Wonkette, too. Were they all in some sort of holiday storage? Shouldn't they be gone now?

(And Joe the Plumber, Middle East correspondent, is one of the wackiest turns the post-election has taken yet. Isn't that a bad job for a single parent?)

I went to the confluence and decided to stop reading when they explained it was impossible to figure out how Obama won his senate seat. No, really.

Given Illinois’ convoluted system regarding Senate terms…

Every Senate district elects its members to serve two four-year terms and one two-year term per decade.

…and Obama’s predilection for reticence, the details regarding his Illinois Senate runs are rather sketchy.

Yeah, it's a pity there's nothing out there, like newspapers or political blogs you could refer to. But Obama's not talking about it! THE WALL OF SILENCE DESCENDS. This isn't even respectable enough to bother calling crazy.

OK, so this woman wants a Senate seat. Sarah Palin seems to have intervened to get her daughter's baby daddy a job he wasn't qualified for, and to delay the arrest of his drug dealing mother. "Joe" the "Plumber" is now going to be a "war correspondent." Which 2008-election-related crazy white person will be next?
