I actually think this will be a war of attrition for a lot of people. If one were to remember to submit picks EVERY week, I wouldn't be surprised to see a top 50 finish even with terrible results. 110th place after forgetting to submit last week :(

For real - every week I'm wishing I had placed my bets. I thought TNC was putting up a grand for the winner, with a mint condition bootleg version of the purple tape, and the entire collection of Donald Goines, as well as The Price of the Ticket. Guess that was a rumor.

Yeah, that W-L is amazing. I don't know if they're betting men, but they would be having quite the season.

I forgot to set my picks last week. I looked at them on Tuesday, and forgot to come back. My season is toast.

SG and Dwayne's W-L record is whats truly impressive, honestly. The confidence points thing is tricky but that win loss is either right or it aint.

Good gravy, this is the first year I've ever had a fantasy team and the first year I've ever done a pick 'em league and now I'm hooked. This stuff is like crack. Thank you all for enabling me, lol!

No kidding about the tough week. I went 4-9 with just 34 points and moved up four spots, albeit from 88th to 84th. Good thing I didn't promise to school everybody in this thing. Oh, wait, I did promise that. Never mind.

Last week I thought was the toughest week to date, and I moved up 17 places. This one also seems tough--for example how much confidence do a battered Seattle (especially given the spread) or Detroit evoke. Personally, I find San Diego to be the most overrated team all season, but what is one to make out of the Giants' pass d these last coupla weeks? I will always stick behind SF, but their already poor o line has just been decimated by injury; can they score enough to beat Tennessee, who surely cannot be as bad as their record, by more than a field goal. Pburgh at Denver. At Denver. Now after the drubbing Denver took from Balti, maybe they aren't that good, and I suppose Pburgh should be better than Denver, but I have repeatedly lost backing Pittsburgh this year, sooo...? Arizona? Which Arizona will show up? Chicago? Which Chicago?

I was a little worried that if I just blew y'all out of the water, it might mess with your self-esteem, so I've been sandbagging it the last few weeks, well, every week but week 1 ...but, you know, now I'm back, yeah, and I'm planning to go 13 for 13 this weekend.

No, seriously, this is just not my year for the NFL, which could explain why I have TO and Willie Parker sitting on my fantasy team's bench. I keep waiting for Tenn to play up to my expectations (or Den or Cin to play down to my expectations) and it ain't happening.

I am impressed at how many people have winning records against the spread. TNC should organize a field trip to Vegas with this bunch.

I missed the early afternoon games last week. Didn't submit picks until more than half the games were underway. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to win, now.
