Actually, let me take that even further and plead with any celebrities (psychically, since they'll never read this) to please do Obama and the Dems a huge favor and SHUT UP AND GO AWAY. You're doing no convincing of anyone and you're feeding into the GOP "elitist" narrative. Thank you and good day.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

So, it would appear that the post-Guy Ritchie Madonna has abandoned her British pretensions and decided to be American again? Maybe she can convince A-Rod to give Obama some of that cash.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

They're still pushing the un-american celebrity thing too:

"It clearly shows that when it comes to supporting Barack Obama, his fellow worldwide celebrities refuse to consider any smear or attack off limits."

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

So if a book full of outright lies about Obama is published by Rep actvistists and actively promoted by his allies McCain says you need to keep a sense of humor. An over the hill popstar with no ties to Obama insults McCain and it is an outrage.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

People, people! Never doubt that Madonna cares!

Almost as much as Oprah and Angelina!

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

Madonna doesn't need help from politicians. Her street cred is in tact. Supporting, or not supporting a politician isn't going to make her more money than she makes for herself. I'm sure her fan base, which is probably full of Obama fans, loved it.

And For people who become activist to follow suit of their favorite celebrity, yes she's helping Obama.

For anyone who really loves and I mean really loves Paris Hilton, or Britney Spears, they're probably too young to vote anyway. And for McCain to use them in an ad attack against Obama, well that's exactly what an old out of touch man would do, choose celebrities that have long been forgotten.

To really stir up Obama's (perceived) celeb status, he should have used PDiddy in the attack campaign.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop on Daddy Yankee's endorsement of McCain. The moment when McCain figures out that "Gasolina" is not about offshore drilling.

Oy. You truly can't make this shit up.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

Madonna is so vain and self-centered, she probably does think she is helping Obama. She probably also thinks that comparing Republicans to Nazis is an original idea.

Re: More mock umbrage from McCain

You formatted the link incorrectly.
